Data Analyst – Business

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to drive the club’s commercial growth through data‑driven insights. You will create and maintain dashboards, deliver real‑time performance reporting, and support strategic decisions across partnerships, premium sales, ticketing and retail.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for commercial areas.
• Identify revenue optimisation opportunities such as upsell potential, price elasticity and attendance drivers.
• Assist in sponsorship valuation and partner reporting with audience reach, engagement and ROI metrics.
• Analyse premium product performance, fan segmentation and supporter journey data.
• Collaborate with data engineering and business stakeholders to ensure data quality.
• Support the development of predictive models and promote a data‑literate culture within commercial teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, AI or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum two years of experience as a data analyst, marketing optimisation or business intelligence professional.
• Experience working with CRM, ticketing or e‑commerce data in a consumer‑facing business.
• Experience in sport, entertainment or events sector is a plus.
• Proven ability to leverage AI workflows to drive commercial growth.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation and analysis.
• Python or R for statistical analysis and modelling.
• BI and visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Understanding of data‑warehousing concepts.
• Experience with cloud data platforms like Amazon S3 or Redshift.
