Data Architect

About the role

Sanderson is partnering with a consulting client that is expanding its data capability. The client seeks a Data Architect to lead pipeline development, architecture design, and deployment of modern data platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement data pipelines, data models, and platform architecture.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD frameworks for data platform lifecycle management.
• Provision and automate infrastructure using Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools.
• Orchestrate containerised workloads and ensure security and compliance.
• Collaborate with Agile and Waterfall teams to deliver data solutions.

Required profile

• Recognised expertise in data architecture, modelling, and engineering.
• Experience with both distributed and non‑distributed compute environments.
• Willingness and eligibility to undergo UK security clearance.
• Proven ability to work in Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
