Data Migration & Support Specialist

About the role

Join a fast‑growing team in Trowbridge as a Data Migration & Support Specialist. You will own end‑to‑end data migration projects, ensure data integrity and provide day‑to‑day support for in‑house migration tools.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, map, test, validate and deliver full‑lifecycle data migration projects.
• Monitor post‑deployment systems, identify and resolve data issues, and perform health checks.
• Serve as primary contact for data queries, troubleshooting, reporting support and validation work.
• Test and validate existing in‑house migration tooling to ensure flawless operation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data migration, database management or a similar data‑focused role.
• Strong SQL Server and T‑SQL expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver end‑to‑end migration projects.
• Solid understanding of ETL processes, data mapping and validation techniques.
• Methodical problem‑solver with high attention to detail.
• Clear communicator able to work with technical and non‑technical teams.
