Data & Systems Assistant

About the role

As a Data & Systems Assistant you will support the setup, maintenance and optimisation of property data and booking systems for a portfolio of holiday homes. Working across the Property Data Management and Systems Setup teams, you will ensure new and existing properties are accurately represented and ready for guest bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Load newly recruited and win‑back properties into our platforms so they are live and bookable.
• Maintain and update existing property information, including descriptions, features and details.
• Create and amend property templates and profiles to support owner availability and guest bookings.
• Collaborate with PDM and Systems Setup teams to deliver accurate and timely system updates.
• Support business promotions by optimising booking availability and property configurations.
• Assist with departmental projects, process improvements and system changes.
• Participate in testing and trialling new platforms and processes.
• Work towards departmental deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Required profile

• Strong computer literacy and confidence working with multiple systems.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborative approach with the confidence to work independently.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
