About the role

We are seeking a confident Day Support Worker to join our specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities at Nightingale in Bournemouth. You will work 12‑hour day shifts, 42 hours per week, delivering high‑quality care and support.

Key responsibilities

Provide personalised care and emotional support to service users.
Assist with medical, welfare and daily living needs, recording and reporting as required.
Promote independence, community integration and a safe, clean environment.
Safeguard service users and adhere to health‑and‑safety standards.

Required skills
