Dealer Campaigns & Bonus Payment Manager

About the role

The Dealer Campaigns & Bonus Payment Manager will oversee the end‑to‑end process of dealer incentive and campaign payments across Geely Auto UK's dealer network. This role ensures payments are accurate, timely, and fully compliant with campaign rules and internal financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Manage dealer campaign and bonus payment processes from initiation to settlement.
• Validate dealer eligibility, campaign performance, and payment criteria against agreed targets.
• Reconcile dealer claims, bonuses, rebates, and incentives with sales data and campaign reports.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and dealer queries promptly.
• Prepare and submit payment files and supporting documentation to Finance for processing.
• Support month‑end reconciliation, reporting activities, and audit requests.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the fleet team to assess the financial impact of proposed fleet deals.

Required profile

• Experience managing dealer incentive or campaign payment processes.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation abilities.
• Ability to work closely with Finance, Sales Operations, and fleet teams.
• Attention to detail and adherence to internal controls.
