Delegate Sales Executive – B2B Events

About the role

Kinetic Alliance is seeking a motivated Delegate Sales Executive to join its Bristol office. You will be responsible for selling delegate spots for high‑impact B2B events across Europe and the US, building relationships with senior executives, and contributing to the growth of the company’s pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospects through research and outreach.
• Sell delegate tickets for flagship events, consistently meeting personal sales targets.
• Collaborate with the event operations team to ensure smooth execution of booked delegates.
• Maintain and update the outreach strategy based on market trends.
• Provide high‑quality service that aligns with Kinetic Alliance standards.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional telephone manner when speaking with C‑suite executives.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent time‑management and ability to prioritize workload.
