Delivery Manager / Product Lead – Digital Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a high‑calibre Delivery Manager / Product Lead to drive complex, multi‑stakeholder digital transformation programmes for a leading social impact organisation. The role is remote‑first with one day per month on‑site in London, and sits at the intersection of public‑sector policy, data maturity and digital innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of digital tools, data‑sharing frameworks and innovation programmes across external partners.
• Inspire and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including user research, service design, data engineering and domain specialists.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with central government departments, local authorities, healthcare providers and philanthropic partners.
• Translate technical concepts into clear strategic choices for senior non‑technical leaders.

Required profile

• Proven track record managing data or digital projects from discovery to delivery, preferably in the public or social sector.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, user‑centred design and modern agile delivery methods.
• Excellent generalist communication skills, able to quickly grasp new technical domains and bridge technical and non‑technical worlds.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, manage roadmaps and lead high‑level partner relationships.
