Deployment Optimisation

About the role

Scarlet is looking for its first Deployment Optimisation hire to own planning, prioritisation and deployment of assessment resources across its growing customer portfolio. You will build the operating model that scales capacity to meet demand for AI‑enabled medical device certifications.

Key responsibilities

• Own portfolio‑level capacity planning, forecasting assessment resource needs and aligning hiring and onboarding.
• Design and optimise allocation of assessment experts, matching expertise, location and timing.
• Develop and improve scheduling and prioritisation tools tracking evaluator availability and qualification status.
• Partner with product, engineering and machine‑learning teams to build automation tools for large‑scale assessment operations.

Required profile

• Experience building or operating production forecasting, optimisation or scheduling systems.
• Strong hands‑on data modelling and analytics skills to drive operational decisions.
• Proven ability to use AI to improve operational workflows and assess reliability of outputs.
• Track record of leading cross‑functional decisions with competing priorities.
