Deployment Strategist

About the role

As a Deployment Strategist at SolveAI you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑driven workflows for enterprise customers, guiding them from initial discovery through live adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery to identify bottlenecks and high‑impact workflows.
• Own deployments end‑to‑end: design, implementation, rollout, training and iteration.
• Rapidly prototype and validate workflows, shortening the idea‑to‑deployment loop.
• Act as the bridge between customer stakeholders, product and engineering teams.
• Drive adoption by designing usable workflows and building internal champions.
• Translate recurring customer patterns into product insights.
• Navigate stakeholder complexity across executive, operational and technical audiences.

Required profile

• Structured thinking – quickly absorb messy information, find root problems and prioritize.
• Strong customer‑facing background in ambiguous environments such as solutions engineering, consulting or operational transformation.
• Ownership mindset – drive initiatives to completion without being chased.
• Proven ability to turn business problems into practical technical workflows.
• Comfort discussing APIs, integrations, AI systems and deployment constraints with engineering teams.
• Experience driving organisational change and ensuring lasting adoption.
