Depot Process & Continuous Improvement Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Depot Process & Continuous Improvement Manager to lead transformation across our multi‑site engineering function. Reporting to senior engineering leadership, you will assess current operations, design improvement strategies and embed Lean, 5S and visual management practices to boost productivity and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse engineering and maintenance processes to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Design and roll out site‑wide continuous improvement programmes.
• Implement Lean, 5S and visual management principles across depots and production areas.
• Coach and mentor operational leaders, delivering training and change‑management support.
• Collaborate with depot and production teams to drive operational excellence.
• Use data and performance metrics to monitor progress and demonstrate results.
• Integrate health and safety enhancements into all process changes.

Required profile

• Significant experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, Operational Excellence or Process Engineering.
• Proven track record of delivering business change and operational improvement programmes.
• Hands‑on experience implementing and sustaining Lean methodologies, including 5S.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Experience coaching managers and operational teams.
