About the role

Join a stunning 5‑star hotel in Ascot as Deputy Restaurant Manager. You will work closely with the Head Chef, Assistant Manager and service team to ensure the restaurant delivers exceptional food, wine and guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations and maintain high service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure seamless service.
• Develop and motivate a skilled food and wine service team.
• Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑Rosette restaurant management experience.
• Previous experience in a 5‑star hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of food and wine service.
