Deputy Store Manager – Fashion Retail

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Deputy Store Manager to lead a high‑energy fashion retail store in Central London. You will be responsible for driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of sales associates to meet performance standards.
• Drive sales and ensure high levels of customer service throughout the store.
• Create a memorable shopping experience that reflects the brand’s values.
• Manage store budgets, KPIs and daily operational tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Support inventory control, visual merchandising and stock replenishment.

Required profile

• Previous retail management experience, preferably in fashion or accessories.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPI goals.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for fashion.
• Ambitious, energetic and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
