Design Engineer – UK Wireless Next‑Gen Networks (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Design Engineer to join a leading UK telecom infrastructure provider on a government‑backed project delivering cellular connectivity to remote locations. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while collaborating with a senior design team on next‑generation wireless networks.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D and 3D AutoCAD designs for the Cellnex network.
• Support the delivery of 4G/5G cellular projects across the UK.
• Collaborate with project managers to meet delivery timelines.
• Maintain design standards and documentation throughout project phases.

Required profile

• Proven experience using AutoCAD within the telecoms sector.
• Familiarity with cellular network design, preferably on Cellnex or similar projects.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to project deadlines.
