DevOps Engineer – FinTech

About the role

Join a cutting‑edge FinTech company that builds advanced trading and analytics platforms used worldwide. As a DevOps Engineer you will design, maintain and optimise the infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines that power complex financial software.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage cloud‑native infrastructure using Terraform or Ansible.
• Build, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, preferably with TeamCity.
• Containerise applications with Docker and orchestrate them using Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions such as ELK and Grafana.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless, secure and scalable deployments.
• Support both Windows and Linux environments and manage SQL Server databases.

Required profile

• 2:1 degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong scripting ability in PowerShell or a comparable language.
• Hands‑on coding experience in at least one of C#, Java or Python.
• Practical knowledge of automation tools (Terraform, Ansible) and container platforms.
• Experience with monitoring tools (ELK, Grafana) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfort working with both Windows and Linux systems and SQL Server.
• Clear communication skills for interacting with colleagues and clients.
