DevOps Engineer – Security Clearance Required

About the role

CGI is looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, build and support secure, mission‑critical infrastructure for its UK clients. You will work in cross‑functional agile teams, automating complex environments and ensuring high performance, scalability and resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Automate deployment and operational processes using Infrastructure as Code.
• Collaborate with developers, testers and platform teams to support CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy, configure and optimise container platforms such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and improve system reliability, performance and security.
• Contribute ideas to modernise infrastructure and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to obtain one.

Required skills

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation.
• CI/CD pipeline development and support.
• Kubernetes and Docker containerisation.
• System monitoring and performance optimisation.
• Troubleshooting of complex infrastructure environments.
