About the role
Multiverse is seeking a DevOps Instructor to deliver technical content for its Level 4 DevOps apprenticeship programme. You will guide apprentices through hands‑on workshops and drop‑in sessions, helping them master continuous integration, continuous delivery, and robust infrastructure solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate delivery sessions that meet learning objectives and stay within scheduled time.
- Provide coaching and feedback in line with the Coach Quality framework.
- Create an inclusive, motivating learning environment that drives engagement and satisfaction.
- Moderate assignments against mark schemes, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Support apprentices in developing practical DevOps knowledge throughout the programme.
Required profile
- Experience in training, teaching or coaching DevOps concepts online.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage learners of varied backgrounds.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and high‑quality delivery.
