DevOps Manager

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Manager to lead a high‑performing DevOps and platform engineering team. In this role you will shape scalable, resilient cloud platforms that support a large portfolio of products and drive the evolution of our cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a DevOps/Platform engineering team.
• Design and implement Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Terraform).
• Develop and maintain automation, CI/CD pipelines, and platform improvements.
• Champion reliability through Site Reliability Engineering practices, including SLOs, SLAs and incident management.
• Improve observability, scalability and overall system performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define platform strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading DevOps teams.
• Strong expertise in Azure cloud services.
• Demonstrated experience with Terraform and Infrastructure‑as‑Code.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes container technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD processes.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
