Digital Analyst – Retail Media & CRM (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Digital Analyst to join our fast‑growing Analytics & Data Science team. The role supports a high‑impact Retail Media function, using first‑party customer data to shape audience strategy, optimise campaigns and deliver measurable commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Build, refine and activate customer audiences and segments for Retail Media campaigns.
• Deliver detailed performance analysis, including ROI, incrementality and uplift.
• Produce post‑campaign evaluation reports (PIRs) with clear optimisation recommendations.
• Support the development of audience strategy and measurement frameworks.
• Translate data into actionable insights that influence campaign and commercial decisions.
• Work cross‑functionally to demonstrate the value of first‑party data and Retail Media propositions.

Required profile

• Strong Retail Media experience, especially audience targeting, activation and performance measurement.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Python or R.
• Proven background in CRM/marketing analytics and campaign optimisation.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing and hypothesis testing.
• Experience with cloud analytics platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrix environment and communicate data‑driven stories clearly.
