Digital and Social Marketing Manager

About the role

Colebrook Bosson Saunders is seeking a vibrant and forward‑thinking Digital and Social Marketing Manager to lead and continuously improve its digital presence across a range of channels. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Brand, you will shape the digital strategy that supports the company’s global objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, GEO and email campaigns.
• Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content across website, email and social platforms.
• Collaborate with third‑party agencies to ensure a consistent digital presence.
• Identify, analyse and optimise campaign performance using ROI and KPI metrics.
• Track customer behaviours and trends, integrating insights into future campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and digital analytics.
• Work with marketing managers to devise innovative growth strategies and digital techniques.
• Manage digital campaign budgets and monitor spend.
