Digital Experience Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Experience Executive to lead the optimisation of our fan‑facing website and digital channels. You will shape the online journey for our members, ensuring the site supports marketing campaigns, retail initiatives and key club events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve safc.com, focusing on user journeys, content presentation and site performance.
• Collaborate with an external web agency on CX and UX projects.
• Coordinate with retail partners to deliver a seamless shopping experience.
• Support the development and rollout of the club membership app alongside the app platform partner.
• Oversee the fan‑facing help platform used by multiple internal teams.
• Analyse website and app performance data, providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital product management, website management or related digital experience roles, preferably within sport, retail, media or consumer brands.
• Proven ability to manage a customer‑facing website daily with a strong focus on CX, journey optimisation and performance.
• Comfortable working with internal teams and external agencies, translating requirements into seamless online experiences.

Required skills

• Experience with CMS platforms.
• Understanding of APIs and front‑end behaviours.
• Proficiency in analytics tools, especially Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
