Digital Growth & Optimisation Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Digital Growth & Optimisation Manager to own the performance of an established publishing and events business. You will improve existing digital platforms, support new initiatives and keep abreast of AI trends that influence digital media.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise performance across 120+ websites and awards platforms, enhancing SEO, engagement and conversion rates.
• Identify and act on opportunities to increase traffic and monetisation.
• Support sales and marketing teams to maximise revenue from digital assets.
• Launch, test and refine new digital products and websites.
• Lead and mentor a small digital production team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Monitor analytics, produce performance reports and advise on AI‑driven efficiency tools.
• Collaborate closely with editorial, marketing and commercial teams for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, publishing or optimisation.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress and proven ability to improve website performance.
• Solid understanding of SEO and digital analytics.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on monetisation.
• Confidence communicating within an SME environment.
• Awareness of AI trends in digital media.
