Senior Marketing Manager (Retention)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager (Retention) to lead our customer‑centric growth initiatives for a six‑month maternity cover. You will shape the strategy that maximises customer lifetime value across individual, corporate and intermediary segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive retention strategy covering onboarding, upsell, cross‑sell and dormancy.
• Partner with product, propositions and digital teams to support new launches, ensuring customers understand and adopt new offerings.
• Own performance measurement and reporting for retention initiatives.
• Line‑manage and develop a high‑performing marketing team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer retention, lifecycle or CRM marketing, or equivalent transferable skills.
• Demonstrated success running email, content and integrated campaigns.
• Advanced ability in data analysis, journey mapping and lifecycle optimisation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and people‑leadership capabilities.
