About the role

HM Land Registry is seeking a Digital Learning Specialist to join its Organisation Development Team. You will lead the design and delivery of digital learning solutions, ensuring that technology enhances learner experience and supports organisational capability development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist expertise in learning technologies, LMS platforms and learner experience design.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, user‑centred digital learning solutions.
• Drive innovation in digital learning, including the use of AI‑enabled authoring tools.
• Collaborate across departments to embed a culture of continuous learning.
• Analyse learning data and produce dashboards to inform evidence‑based decisions.

Required profile

• Instructional design qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems, learning architecture and virtual learning environments.
• Proven experience designing digital learning pathways and using analytics to measure impact.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a complex public‑sector organisation.
