Digital Marketing Executive – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Digital Marketing Executive to join a leading luxury hospitality and leisure group on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role is primarily remote, with an expected weekly visit to our Reading office, and a valid driver’s licence is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and launch email marketing campaigns across all clubs and central initiatives.
• Monitor, analyse and report on email performance, providing recommendations for optimisation.
• Develop and implement automated email journeys and customer segmentation strategies.
• Support the web agency with website updates, landing‑page creation and form development.
• Collaborate with sales, membership and operations teams to ensure integrated marketing activity.
• Analyse performance data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media and CRM systems and produce insight‑driven reports.
• Gather and interpret customer feedback through surveys and other insight tools.
• Produce monthly marketing performance scorecards tracking key KPIs.

Required profile

• Experience managing email marketing campaigns, preferably using Brevo.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Comfortable working remotely while attending weekly office meetings.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to the Reading office.
