Digital Marketing Executive – Birmingham

About the role

Join Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA as a Digital Marketing Executive in Birmingham and help drive online performance for a portfolio of hotels. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will audit, create and optimise content across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support hotel commercial plans by integrating digital tactics with wider marketing campaigns.
• Audit and create content for websites, OTAs, metasearch platforms and third‑party sites.
• Optimise website SEO, improve user experience and generate leads and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research and implement paid distribution strategies, including Google Ads.
• Design engaging graphics using Canva and ensure consistent, high‑quality copy across all channels.
• Monitor digital trends and algorithm updates, proposing enhancements to the overall strategy.
• Analyse monthly performance data, produce reports and recommend actions for metric improvement.

Required profile

• Degree level or equivalent with at least one year of digital marketing experience.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, AdWords and SEMrush.
• Hospitality experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong copy‑writing ability, attention to detail and the capacity to manage competing priorities.
• Adaptable, able to respond quickly to changing timelines and occasional UK travel.
