Digital Marketing Executive – Glasgow

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join a fast‑growing ecommerce brand in Glasgow. You will work across the full digital mix, supporting customer acquisition, retention and brand growth through social, email, influencer and paid media initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, execution and optimisation of campaigns across social, email, influencer marketing and paid media.
• Manage organic social scheduling, content coordination and community engagement.
• Collaborate with external agencies to drive paid media performance on Meta, Google and other platforms.
• Assist with creative testing, campaign optimisation and performance analysis.
• Coordinate influencer outreach, partnerships and user‑generated content.
• Support email marketing, CRM campaigns and customer retention initiatives.
• Distribute content across digital channels and ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor campaign performance, provide insights and recommend improvements.
• Conduct competitor research and identify emerging market trends.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role within ecommerce, consumer brands or an agency.
• Commercially minded with a solid understanding of performance metrics and customer behaviour.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Experience with Meta advertising platforms.
• Experience with Google advertising platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO and website optimisation.
• Familiarity with marketplace marketing.
• Understanding of influencer marketing and email/CRM tools.
