Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Eurobase is seeking a passionate, data‑driven Digital Marketing Executive to own and expand its digital presence across Banking and Insurance business units. You will shape campaign strategy, optimise performance and directly influence lead generation and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, PPC, SEO and LinkedIn advertising.
• Manage HubSpot activities, including email flows, landing pages and performance reporting.
• Support website updates, content enhancements and conversion‑rate optimisation.
• Analyse campaign and website data to provide actionable recommendations.
• Assist with lead‑generation initiatives, events, webinars and broader marketing projects.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure marketing drives commercial results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Hands‑on expertise with HubSpot, Google Ads and managing digital campaigns.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and advise on improvements.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Adaptable, commercially minded and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Background in B2B technology, SaaS, financial services, banking or insurance is a plus.
