Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative and commercially‑minded Digital Marketing Executive to join a well‑established business in Leeds City Centre. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will combine creativity with data‑driven decision‑making to boost customer engagement, lead generation and brand growth across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop website content, ensuring it aligns with brand standards.
• Improve online customer journeys to increase engagement and conversion.
• Support CRM integration, segmentation and automated marketing workflows.
• Plan, execute and optimise email marketing campaigns.
• Implement SEO initiatives to enhance organic search performance.
• Create and optimise digital content, copy and landing pages.
• Support social media content creation and scheduling.
• Monitor performance of website, email and social channels, providing actionable insights.
• Produce regular marketing reports and KPI analysis.
• Liaise with external digital agencies and suppliers as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role.
• Proven ability to manage websites, email campaigns and digital content.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and customer engagement programmes.
• Solid knowledge of SEO and website optimisation.
• Experience using marketing analytics tools and interpreting data.
