Digital Marketing Intern – 12‑Month Paid Placement

About the role

Paramount Pictures UK is seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Intern for a 12‑month paid placement based in its Chiswick office. You will support the Digital Marketing team in planning and deploying digital assets across film and TV campaigns, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with sign‑off and delivery of marketing materials such as trailers, online spots, social and digital assets.
• Monitor competitor activity and report insights to the UK marketing team.
• Support online launches of trailers and clips, and brief exhibitor activities.
• Maintain communication with suppliers and agencies on release schedules and promotional plans.
• Organise asset folders, update the social calendar and brief the social agency.
• Help manage influencer activations and events, including premieres and screenings.
• Use Adobe tools for editing and make amendments as required.
• Apply TikTok platform knowledge to shape the digital strategy.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or university leaver with a degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, empathy and a sense of humour.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Suite – Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign.
• Fluency with TikTok and understanding of UK digital‑marketing trends.

• Paid internship at the London Living Wage (£96.95 per day, approx. £25,207 per year).
