Digital Marketing Manager – Belfast

About the role

Yellowcom is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join its Belfast office. You will lead the development and execution of digital strategies that drive brand awareness and generate B2B leads across the telecoms market in the UK and Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing and display ads.
• Manage CRM systems and sales funnels to generate B2B leads.
• Maintain and grow the brand’s presence on multiple social media platforms.
• Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaign budgets.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with growth targets.
• Measure performance metrics such as website traffic and audience engagement.
• Analyse customer feedback, surveys and questionnaires to improve service quality.
• Oversee website management and support event planning activities.

Required profile

• 5 years of digital marketing experience in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise changing business needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Commitment to staying current with market trends and innovations.
• Desirable: Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualified member.
