About the role
Ideal Heating is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead data‑driven campaigns that connect with installers and consumers. Reporting to the Head of Digital Analysis & Research, you will own the end‑to‑end digital marketing strategy while working in a hybrid setting (one day remote, four days onsite).
Key responsibilities
- Lead CRM marketing activity in HubSpot, building automated workflows and customer journeys.
- Design and execute lifecycle campaigns covering acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention.
- Support and enhance the installer loyalty scheme with targeted communications.
- Manage segmentation and personalisation strategies to maximise engagement.
- Deliver email campaigns and integrated digital activities including SEO, website optimisation and paid media.
- Optimise website content and landing pages to drive leads and conversions.
- Analyse performance data to continuously improve campaigns and customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce best‑in‑class digital output.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
- Proven ability to build automated campaigns and customer journeys.
- Solid understanding of SEO, email marketing, paid media and web optimisation.
- Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple projects.
