Digital Marketing Manager

About the role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join Sciensus’s Marketing team in London. This permanent, hybrid role will be based in our Paddington office two days a week and will drive the digital experience for patients, clinicians and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Own the company website – create landing pages, manage content, ensure compliance and work with UX designers to keep the site optimised.
- Lead SEO strategy – conduct keyword research, perform on‑page and technical audits, track performance and deliver measurable organic growth.
- Drive conversion rate optimisation – use analytics, heatmaps and A/B testing to improve user journeys and increase lead generation.
- Manage organic social media – plan the content calendar, produce posts and collaborate with the content team to keep the brand voice consistent.
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms, working with agency partners to maximise ROI.
- Produce digital analytics and insights – build dashboards, analyse campaign results and turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate agency relationships – brief, monitor and review work to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategy.
- Contribute to digital strategy – introduce new tools, trends and ideas to evolve the company’s online roadmap.
Required profile
- Proven digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B, healthcare or life‑sciences.
- Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or HubSpot.
- Strong SEO background with a track record of measurable improvements.
- Good understanding of organic social media and content trends.
- Confidence using Google Analytics, Search Console and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Data‑driven mindset with solid analytical abilities.
- Experience briefing and managing external agencies.
- Excellent communication and project‑management skills.
- Knowledge of regulated digital marketing environments is a plus.
