Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimise our digital marketing activity across CRM, website, search and paid performance channels. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will drive customer acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention through data‑led strategies and exceptional campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital marketing across CRM, website, paid media and Google channels.
• Develop and optimise acquisition, conversion and retention strategies.
• Monitor performance, analyse data and implement improvements to maximise ROI.
• Own the CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy for email, SMS, app and automation.
• Build, optimise and report on customer journeys, segmentation and personalised communications.
• Manage website content, improve user experience and support SEO, paid search and local search activities.
• Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns aligned with business priorities.
• Track campaign performance and customer behaviour, using insights to inform future activity.

Required profile

• Significant hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Strong expertise in CRM, marketing automation, website optimisation and performance marketing.
• Commercially minded, analytical and highly organised.
• Excellent copywriting and project management abilities.
• Confident working with data, cross‑functional stakeholders and external partners.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
