Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute the digital strategy for a leading professional services firm in London. You will drive lead generation, brand visibility and overall marketing performance across a range of digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage website performance, user experience and conversion optimisation activities.
• Lead SEO and PPC strategy to maximise online visibility and lead generation.
• Drive paid social performance, with a focus on LinkedIn advertising.
• Support email marketing, automation programmes and customer journey optimisation.
• Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to measure performance and ROI.
• Manage agency relationships and identify opportunities for digital innovation, automation and AI adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver commercially focused marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, paid social and website optimisation.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console and reporting platforms.
• Familiarity with CMS, email marketing systems and marketing automation tools.
• Analytical ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience within professional services is a plus.
