Senior Designer

About the role

Spektrix is looking for a Senior Designer to lead the visual expression of its brand across marketing, product, and client‑facing communications. Reporting to the VP of Marketing & Communications, you will own the design system, shape brand evolution, and deliver high‑impact creative work in a hybrid London/Manchester setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Spektrix visual identity and design system, creating reusable templates and components.
• Translate marketing briefs into cohesive visual systems for integrated campaigns, website experiences, and social channels.
• Design dynamic assets for digital and physical touchpoints, including landing pages, ads, event branding, product communications, and sales decks.
• Collaborate with content, multimedia, and product teams to blend static and motion formats and challenge brief assumptions.
• Manage project intake, timelines, and dependencies, delivering production‑ready assets across all required formats.

Required profile

• Professional experience in graphic, visual, or brand design with a strong portfolio covering brand, campaigns, digital, and social work.
• Deep understanding of visual identity systems and ability to apply and develop an established brand.
• Expertise in typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
• Experience designing for digital environments and awareness of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong project management skills, and ability to own work from brief to final delivery.

What we offer

• Salary £50,000‑£55,000 per year, based on location and experience.
