Digital Project Coordinator

About the role

The Digital Project Coordinator will join a multi‑disciplinary team within Digital and Data Services, providing high‑quality support across the full lifecycle of digital, data and IT projects. Working across all Trust sites, the role ensures projects are organised, delivered on time and aligned with scope.

Key responsibilities

• Assist project managers in implementing project requirements within defined timescales.
• Maintain project controls and reports such as RAID logs and highlight reports.
• Produce and update project documentation including initiation documents, plans, terms of reference and testing scripts.
• Monitor progress, risks and issues, delivering regular stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and track actions.
• Organise system demonstrations and ensure relevant end‑users attend.
• Document current processes, create flowcharts and validate user requirements.
• Capture optimisation needs post‑implementation and support change management.
• Help develop and deliver training materials, assessing their effectiveness.
• Support simultaneous projects, providing ad‑hoc assistance as required.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Initiative, flexibility and capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work across multiple Trust sites.
• Clear communication skills for stakeholder engagement and documentation.
