About the role

We are seeking a Diploma Qualified Financial Adviser to join a forward‑thinking firm in Godalming. This permanent, full‑time position offers a strong client bank and full administrative and paraplanning support, allowing you to focus on delivering expert advice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert financial advice to an existing high‑quality client portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring excellent client outcomes.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the existing client bank.
• Collaborate closely with administration and paraplanning teams for seamless service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with FCA standards and internal policies.

Required profile

• Diploma Level 4 (minimum) qualified Financial Adviser.
• Competent Adviser Status (CAS) with the FCA.
• Proven track record in financial planning and wealth management.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Results‑driven approach with high professional standards.
