About the role

We are a well‑established Independent Financial Advice firm seeking a Diploma‑qualified Paraplanner to join our supportive team in Harrow. This position offers a clear route to an Adviser role, allowing you to develop both technical expertise and client‑facing skills.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed suitability reports and recommendations for clients.
• Conduct research and analysis across pensions, investments, and protection products.
• Assist with cash‑flow modelling and the development of financial planning strategies.
• Liaise with advisers, administrators, and external providers throughout the advice process.
• Support the end‑to‑end delivery of compliant financial advice.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII) – essential.
• Experience in a paraplanning role within an IFA firm.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions and investments.
• Excellent attention to detail and report‑writing ability.
• Ambition to progress into an Adviser role.
