Direct Sales Agent

About the role
Digicel is seeking a Direct Sales Agent to promote its Digicel+, prepaid and postpaid product portfolio. You will work directly with new and existing customers, delivering exceptional service and driving sales through up‑selling and cross‑selling.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve at least 70% of assigned sales targets.
- Use prescribed CRM tools to record contacts, appointments and outcomes.
- Make daily, weekly and monthly customer contacts to meet conversion goals.
- Sell a mix of Digicel products and services according to targets.
- Accurately record orders, applications and customer interactions.
- Provide honest, business‑like responses to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Maintain professionalism as an external ambassador of Digicel.
- Manage stock of devices and track repair services.
- Canvass assigned territories and deliver sales presentations.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 CXCs passes inclusive of Mathematics and English or equivalent.
- Previous sales experience or relevant experience in a similar role.
- Good computer skills with knowledge of the internet and mobile applications.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
