Director – Media & Telco Transformation

About the role

This senior leadership position sits within a leading change and transformation consultancy, focusing on Media and Telecommunications. You will drive growth by shaping strategy, delivering transformation programmes, and converting vision into measurable value for high‑profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead business‑led transformation strategies for Media & Telco clients.
• Own business development for the Media & Telco practice, generating new pipeline and revenue.
• Drive sales using a consulting‑led approach and partner with senior account teams to expand existing relationships and win new logos.
• Advise C‑suite executives on strategy, transformation, and modern ways of working.
• Balance short‑term delivery outcomes with long‑term strategic direction.
• Act as a visible thought leader and market presence in the Media & Telco sector.
• Build, coach and lead high‑performing consulting teams delivering complex transformation engagements.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership consulting experience within Media, Telecommunications, or broader TMT sectors.
• Core focus and extensive consulting background in Media & Telco.
• Track record of originating and converting revenue in a consulting environment.
• Strong experience across large‑scale transformation programmes (operating model, digital, customer, or technology).
• Experience shaping strategic roadmaps and enterprise‑wide change initiatives.
• Comfortable engaging C‑suite and senior stakeholders across major Media & Telco organisations.
• Commercially minded, client‑facing and growth‑oriented.
