Director, Product Management – Real‑Time Payments

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the commercialization and go‑to‑market strategy for its Real‑Time Payments solutions. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure the product meets market needs and drives adoption across 200+ countries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal product stakeholders to implement go‑to‑market strategies and drive product awareness.
• Define and manage social media presence and content for Real‑Time Payments.
• Organise product representation at internal and external industry events.
• Identify customer proof points, testimonials, and conduct competitor intelligence.
• Support go‑to‑market planning with customer research, competitive analysis, and insight‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with product management to translate features into benefits and unique selling points.
• Develop sales enablement materials and client‑facing presentations with the sales team.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers.
• Assist with RFP/RFI responses and provide thought leadership for the RTP product team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in product commercialization and go‑to‑market, preferably in technology or financial services.
• Strong understanding of market research, product positioning, and digital go‑to‑market principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical abilities.
