About the role
As a qualified Dispensing Optician at Specsavers in Oxted, you will use your ophthalmic dispensing expertise to provide customers with high-quality eyewear solutions and exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and fitting spectacles according to prescriptions.
- Provide professional advice on lens options, frames and after-care.
- Maintain accurate records of dispensing activities and ensure compliance with health-care standards.
- Collaborate with the store team to deliver a seamless retail experience.
Required profile
- BSc (Hons) in Ophthalmic Dispensing.
- Excellent listening and communication abilities.
- Passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
- Strong team-working attitude.
