About the role
The Domain Solution Advisor will work remotely to support partner‑led implementations of sales planning and ERP solutions across the UK, the Netherlands and Spain. You will act as a bridge between customers, partners and our product team, ensuring smooth delivery and continuous improvement of the TPM platform.
Key responsibilities
- Support partner‑led implementations and guide teams through complex support issues.
- Collaborate with product management to design and develop new system capabilities.
- Document change requests and provide training to customers, partners and internal staff as needed.
- Assist customers in adopting and optimizing sales planning systems.
Required profile
- Proven experience with sales planning systems, preferably TPM.
- Strong interest in software technologies and a keen eye for detail.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and integration partners.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
