Duty Manager – Lead the Shift

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Duty Manager to lead the shift at our restaurant. As the keyholder you will open and close the venue, step in for the General Manager and ensure every guest experiences our “Hospitality Magic”. This role blends front‑of‑house leadership with behind‑the‑scenes operational duties.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant, managing all keyholder duties.
• Lead the team during busy service periods, especially when the GM is away.
• Oversee cash handling, cash‑up procedures and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and resolve any issues promptly.
• Act as a role model, motivating staff and promoting a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a server or supervisor in a hospitality setting.
• Confident leader comfortable managing a busy team.
• Positive, reliable and passionate about delivering great guest experiences.
• Eager to learn the operational side of a successful restaurant.
