Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations, maintaining high standards of service and safety.
• Manage a reliable, high‑performing team, scheduling and delegating tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and hotel policies.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Monitor financial performance, including cash handling and reporting.

Required profile

• Previous leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a similar customer‑facing environment.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to start immediately and work day shifts.
