Missions principales

• Manage the accurate dispensing of prescriptions and provide high-quality NHS and private pharmacy services.
• Deliver expert health advice and clinical consultations to patients, particularly those managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, or cancer.
• Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading, training, and developing the pharmacy team to ensure operational excellence.
• Strengthen professional relationships with Primary Care Networks and local GP practices.
• Ensure strict compliance and accuracy in processing NHS payment claims and clinical documentation.
• Actively participate in community health support programs and charitable initiatives.

Profil recherché

• Fully qualified Pharmacist with a valid degree in Pharmacy.
• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Demonstrated passion for team leadership and people development.
• Commitment to patient safety and community wellbeing.
• Willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undergo a DBS check.

• Clinical expertise in medication dispensing and patient counseling.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management (GP practices, NHS networks).
• High attention to detail regarding financial and clinical accuracy.
