E-Commerce Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Manager to lead the digital performance strategy for multiple international Shopify sites and a key WordPress site. The role sits within a dynamic marketing team and offers hybrid working after a successful probation period.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive e‑commerce and digital performance strategy across multiple Shopify sites in different languages and currencies, as well as a WordPress website.
• Own performance marketing channels, including paid search and SEO, driving continuous optimisation and strong ROI.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to plan and deliver campaigns aligned with commercial objectives.
• Manage and optimise website trading performance – traffic, conversion rate, average order value and customer experience.
• Analyse data and analytics to identify improvement opportunities and act quickly to enhance performance.
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity, marketing output and decision‑making insights.
• Ensure all websites are conversion‑optimised, working with internal and external stakeholders to implement improvements efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent commercial experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience in e‑commerce or digital marketing, preferably in a multi‑site environment.
• Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive measurable results.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable making fast‑paced decisions balancing speed and quality.
