E Store Sales Assistant

About the role

Join Superdrug as an E‑Store Sales Assistant and help deliver a seamless online shopping experience while also supporting customers on the shop floor. Working 8 hours a week with flexible shifts, you will play a key part in order fulfilment and in‑store service.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch online orders with high accuracy.
• Maintain tidy and organised stock areas to ensure efficient order processing.
• Assist customers in the store, restock shelves and provide product advice.
• Support occasional piercing services after training (optional).
• Adapt to changing shift patterns and workload demands.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Clear, confident communication with customers and team members.
• Passion for retail and delivering excellent customer service.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and adapt to change.
• Willingness to learn additional tasks such as piercing services.
