Early Careers & Campus Recruiter (Financial Services)

About the role

Join the Emerging Talent team at AMS as an Early Careers & Campus Recruiter, supporting a leading financial services client. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for work experience, T‑levels, apprenticeships and graduate programmes, while leading a strategic project within the talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 360° recruitment for work experience, T‑level, foundation/modern and degree apprenticeships.
• Own a key project focused on one of the emerging talent hiring streams.
• Design and execute attraction activities, both recruitment and non‑recruitment, to engage potential candidates.
• Facilitate virtual and physical selection processes, including assessor upskilling.
• Maintain exceptional candidate experience, reduce time‑to‑hire and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Manage risk stewardship in a globally matrixed, highly regulated environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Early Careers or Emerging Talent recruitment.
• Ambition to take on greater accountability and project oversight.
• Ability to work onsite three days a week in Birmingham.
• Comfort working on behalf of a household‑name financial services client.
• Commitment to a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
